When will my order arrive?

Delivery is free to UK addresses and is estimated at 5–10 days from when you order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Kits arrive in separate parcels, which may come on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number, which we email to you once it is available.

How do I return an item?

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. For a kit, the 14 days start on the day the last parcel arrives. Tell us using our contact form and we will reply with the return address, then send the items back within 14 days. You pay the cost of returning them, and a kit is returned as a complete kit. The full terms are in our refund policy.

How do I contact you?
