Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start on the day you receive the last parcel.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days end using our contact form. We'll reply with the return address.

Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling. You pay the cost of returning the items. Kits are sold as one product, so please return the complete kit.

Your refund: we refund the price you paid, including any standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the items back or of you showing us proof that you've sent them, whichever is sooner. We refund to your original payment method. If items have been handled more than needed to check them, as you would in a shop, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right at no cost to you with a replacement, repair or refund, under your rights in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund instead. Your legal rights are not affected by this policy.
