Delivery

UK delivery is free on every order. Delivery is estimated at 5–10 days from when you order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Our items ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, most of which are outside the UK. Kits and multi-item orders arrive in separate parcels, which may come on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number, which we email to you once it's available.

If a parcel hasn't arrived 15 days after you ordered, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (or your last parcel), without giving a reason. Tell us within that time, then send the items back within 14 days. Return postage is paid by you. We refund the price once the items arrive back, and may deduct for any loss in value if they've been used more than needed to check them. Kits are sold as one product, so please return the complete kit.

Faulty or damaged?

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll put it right at no cost to you. Your legal rights are not affected.
