Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is free on every order.

How long it takes

Delivery is estimated at 5–10 days from when you order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Our items ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, most of which are outside the UK. Kits and multi-item orders arrive in separate parcels, which may come on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number, which we email to you once it's available.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel hasn't arrived 15 days after you ordered, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it. If tracking shows it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund. If anything arrives damaged, see our refund policy; we'll put it right at no cost to you.
